Est-ce vrai que les vaccins combinés sont moins bien tolérés que les vaccins isolés ?

Non, les évidences suggèrent le contraire.

Il y a de nombreuses études démontrant la bonne tolérance des vaccins à 3 (diphtérie-tétanos-coqueluche), 4 (+polio), 5 (+ HiB) ou même 6 (+ hépatite B) composants.
